Buyer Tips
|
Choose a real estate agent to guide you through the purchasing process. Your agent represents a valuable source of information about market trends, communities and the homes for sale throughout the area.
Along with your agent you need to establish your home priorities:
1. Location: What do you need to be close to in terms of employment, schools and transportation?
2. Personal Tastes: Home size you like? What type of home do you want? Do you prefer an older or newer home?
3. Budget: How much can you afford to spend? What is your down payment?
Be aware of extra expenses on top of basic purchasing price. Buyer can face legal fees, appraisal fees, tax adjustment and some utility charges. To avoid surprises have your CENTURY 21 real estate professional guide you through the necessary steps.
