- Name and mailing address (specified for direct shipment)
- Type of payment
- Type of shipping (if you have a preference)

- Jill aims to reply to each inquiry or order within 48 hours.

| How much does shipping cost? |
- $20 in Canada
- Contact us for international shipping rates.
- There is no shipping charge if you come and pick up the artwork.

| Do taxes apply to my order? |
- No GST or Provincial taxes apply here at this time.

| How will my artwork be shipped? |
- Orijanill artwork has connections with DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS, and Purolator. Please specifiy if you have a preference.

| Will the artwork look exactly as it's displayed on my computer? |
It's possible that the colours may appear slightly different because computer screens can vary widely, however, we don't anticipate any vast differences in colour from what you see on this site, to what ends up in your hands. |
