Piranhas Swimmers Bring Back Five
Medals From Provincial Meet
Eight swimmers from the Provost Piranhas Swim Club attended provincial competition in Calgary on August 19 and 20 and brought home five medals.

Results for Provost swimmers included:
Brittany Bouma: girls 11 and 12, 50 m butterfly - 5th; 100 m freestyle - silver;  50 m freestyle - silver; 100 m individual medley - silver.

Rebecca Allen: girls 13 and over 400 m freestyle - 12th; girls 15 and 16, 100 m backstroke - 11th; 200 m individual medley - 14th.

Damon Allen: boys 15 and 16, 50 m butterfly - 12th; 100 m backstroke - 6th; 100 m breaststroke - 7th; 200 m individual medley - 6th.

Candace Tysiaczny: girls 17 and over 50 m butterfly - 16th.
Girls 8 and under 100 m medley relay, Shaylyn Beier, Kaitlyn Knox, Kristen Pylypow, Jessica Enzenauer - 6th; 100 m free relay, Kristen Pylypow, Jessica Enzenauer, Shaylyn Beier, Kaitlyn Knox - 5th.

Region medley relay:
Girls 11 and 12, Amiah Klein, Rebecca Miller, Jordan Denis, Brittany Bouma - 5th.
Girls 15 and 16, Rebecca Allen, Erika Stewart, Kinsley McNabb, Jordon Giroux - 5th.
Boys 15 and 16, Blake Andre, Jay Muntean, Damon Allen, Ben Berg - bronze.

Region free relay:
Girls 11 and 12, Amy Andrews, Rebecca Miller, Amiah Klein, Brittany Bouma - 4th.
