A Sampling of Earth’s Greatest Light Show

. . . the Aurora Borealis has been putting on a colourful performance in the skies above the Northwest Territories this winter. The lights draw thousands of tourists to Canada’s north from such countries as Korea, Japan, United States, Mexico, Australia and across Europe. This pictures were taken following two late night snowmobile journeys across snow and ice, southwest of Yellowknife shortly after Christmas. ©Provost News Photo.
