Going With the Grain

Farmers have been taking advantage of clearing skies and warmer temperatures to restart harvest equipment which had been stalled due to wet weather. Here Pierre Neufeld mans the combine as he takes off a “better than average yield” of oats in a field near Evesham, Sask. Moving a grain truck into operation is Harold Neufeld for more unloading of oats (left) to be taken back to the farm bins where Al Neufeld was waiting. ©Provost News Photos.
