Cool Work

John’s scuba-diving goggles are spotted with water moments after exiting one of the Town of Provost’s two water tanks on Thursday, February 5, assisted by Chuck (last names not supplied). They’re for the Aquatech Marine Services out of Eckville, Alta. The water temperature in the tanks is 3ºC. To compare, the Pacific Ocean near Vancouver was recorded in early February as 7º C. See other photo, related story in The Provost News dated February 11, 2026.
